Take the tour boat and you do not lose your place on the waiting list!
The Tour: After finding a comfortable seat, the Acuera will ease away from the dock to begin telling the tale of these “healing waters”. Before and After: Consider making your trip to De Leon Springs an all day affair. The park offers more than 5 miles of hiking, swimming in the refreshing spring pool, fishing and picnicking. You can also visit the unique Old Spanish Sugar Mill Restaurant, where you can make pancakes at the table! If you don’t get enough of the wildlife onboard the M/V Acuera, you can also rent kayaks, canoes or paddleboats.
M/V Acuera: Piloted by Capt. Frank, your trip aboard the M/V Acuera will not only be comfortable but also safe. The Acuera is a Coast Guard inspected pontoon vessel and carries all the necessary safety equipment. Accessible parking, restrooms and paved walkways are close to the restaurant and boat dock.
Location: De Leon Springs is off US 17 between S. R. 40 and S. R. 44. Take I-
